25 year anniversary annual BeSHG meeting - Louvain-La-Neuve

BeSHG is pleased to announce the annual meeting of the Belgian Society of Human Genetics (BeSHG), to be held on March 13 and 14, 2025, at Aula Magna, in Louvain-La-Neuve. The venue, Aula Magna, offers excellent auditoria and exhibition spaces. The theme of the meeting is ‘Under Pressure, the shaping of our genome’, referring to the effects of positive and negative selective pressure in genetics: that of organisms over evolution and that of single cells in their micro-environments.

Genetics Retreat NVHG graduate meeting

This annual meeting offers a unique and exclusive podium to PhD students to develop their presenting and debating skills in an informal but professional setting. It covers a broad range of scientific aspects, from genetic screens and variant discovery, to fundamental mechanistic exploration and experimental (epi)genetics.
